how yoga changes your body

I have been practicing yoga for 3 years now and have seen significant changes in my body, health, and well being. I have noticed reduced stress levels, clearer thinking, increased flexibility, increased strength, the list goes on. My husband has had bad back pain from herniated discs for over 10 years now. He began doing yoga back in May and has noticed the pain associated with the injury has gone away entirely. 

When we can't make it to hot yoga we use a fabulous app called Yoga Studio that has 30 video classes and 285 poses with information and advice. It is great because we don't even need to leave the house to get a good work out in. It was well worth the $2.99!
