I thought I would share my breakfast this morning. It was so delicious and healthy! We have been obsessed with Ezekiel's Golden Flax cereal. It is considered a complete protein, containing 18 amino acids! Plus it has no sugar. So, here's what we did with it...
1.5 cups Ezekiel
2 tablespoons honey
1.5 cups almond milk (or another milk of you choosing)
Heat milk and Ezekiel on the stove top until desired temperature is achieved. Then place in serving bowl with sliced fruit on top. Drizzle honey over everything. This serves 2.
