I don't know about you but I am having a hard time deciding which grains to use in my food these days. There are so many options and it is not clear to me which are healthier or tastier than others. I love quinoa but I have been getting bored with it recently. This infographic made me really excited! Not only does it tell me about numerous grains, it tells me how to cook them as well! When I buy grains in bulk at Wholefoods they do not come with cooking directions. So, this will come in handy.
