There's nothing better than blasting your favorite song on the radio in the car, where you can sing along shamelessly loud and off key. I've noticed that listening to good music in the car on my way to work, definitely raises my mood and sets the tone for the day. My favorite song to listen to always changes depending on what music I'm into at the moment. Music connects with our emotions and we can use that to our advantage by playing tunes that make us feel good.
