10 signs You're off Balance

The better you get at recognizing when and responding to the signs you’re off balance, the more in harmony you’ll remain. Some of these signs are subtle, but if you can listen when the body is whispering to you, you’ll rarely have to experience its screams. Signs you’re off balance are really an opportunity to rebalance, and harmonize.
