Simple Pleasure of the week: Ripe Avocados

We are a big avocado family over here. Love those things! I think of them as nature’s butter because they make everything taste a little more luxurious. We eat avocados on toast, throw them in smoothies, put them on salads, and in tacos. You can’t go wrong. I even eat them plain, cut in half with a spoon and a little salt sprinkled on top. For this reason, ripe avocados are this week’s simple pleasure. Happy Weekend!
