I love this quote. We all go through dark periods in life. We all have darkness within us, each one of us, no matter how much light we have too have at least a little dark. Even the earth experiences light everyday. A certain darkness is needed to see the stars. A certain darkness is needed for us to grow, to appreciate the light, and only specific beauty can be seen in darkness. Next time you are going through a dark period think of this quote.
