I was talking with my coworker the other day about slow mornings. You know, the kind of morning where you have time to intentionally practice the things that ground you and feed your soul. It might be about reading the newspaper with a cup of coffee, or watching the sunrise. It might be about sitting in silence for meditation or spending time cuddling with your pet. Slow mornings, don’t necessarily have to be weekend mornings, they just need to involve a relaxed, intentional start to the day. I try to have slow mornings every morning by waking up early enough to have time to start my day with ease. Happy Weekend!
