Simple Pleasure of the Week: Family Outings
Auggie finally got his last round of immunizations, which means, we’ve been able to go out as a family. Bringing him out and seeing the world through his eyes has been such a simple pleasure. Watching his excitement during his very first beach visit, seeing the joy that simple walks around the neighborhood bring him reminds me how simple life can be. The time spent couped up while we waited for Auggie to get his last shots, also made us appreciate how nice it is to be able to go out, together. This was something we had always taken for granted, and that I now cherish. Happy Weekend!
